TCC Business/Entrepreneur Club

TCC Business/Entrepreneur Club

By: Zarema Ross

The Business/Entrepreneur Club at the TCC Virginia Beach campus is now meeting every Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in Room G129.

You haven’t heard about it yet?

It is “pretty much [a place] where we spread ideas, and get ideas from people who are already in business so that you may be better prepared when you start or help someone to start a business”, says Josia Wilson, TCC student, an active member of the club.

Here, you can meet,  exchange ideas, and listen to lectures of different speakers.

Those who have an interest in entrepreneurship, management, marketing, and business overall are welcome to join the club!

The Club serves free pizza, sometimes 🙂

You are also free to contribute your ideas on club activities, speakers you would like to hear, and service projects to participate in.

The Entrepreneur Club awaits you!

P.S. The Current is currently looking for contributors for the 2018 academic year.

If you are a student at Tidewater Community College interested in writing articles (news events, reviews, opinions), submitting images, and/or designing cartoons, please contact Faculty Advisor Dr. Thomas M. Geary at, or Editor in Chief Tanis Mack at
